A restaurant specializing in yakiton (grilled pork belly) that opens at 3:00 p.m. every day. This standing drinking establishment is proud of its yakiton (grilled pork and hormone), made from fresh pork and hormone grilled over top-grade binchotan charcoal, and its oden (Japanese stew), which is made from the finest soup stock. Seasonal and regional sake is served in a self-serve style, and 50 to 60 kinds of sake are always available.
